Returns of New and Unused Items – Within 14 Days of Receipt:
You may return any unused and like-new item within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping charges, credit card processing fees (2.9%), and, if applicable, assembly fees. For electric trikes, the odometer must read zero miles. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not reimbursed.
Returns of Used Items:
If you wish to return an item that has been used, it must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Items returned in used condition will be subject to a 40% restocking fee, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. The trike must have fewer than 20 miles recorded on the odometer and be free of damage to qualify for a partial refund.
Orders Purchased with Full Assembly:
If the item was purchased with a full assembly service, the assembly fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Return Process and Timing:
To initiate a return, please use our return portal and follow the instructions provided. Refunds are generally processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned item, although bank processing times may vary. Perraro Electric Bike does not accept cash on delivery (COD) shipments.
Orders Purchased Through Retail Partners:
Returns must be processed directly with the original place of purchase. Perraro Electric Bike does not accept returns for items purchased through bike shops or third-party retailers. Please contact the store where the purchase was made for their return policy.
Refused Shipments:
If you refuse delivery of your order after it has shipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost, a 2.9% credit card processing fee, and any applicable assembly fees. These charges cover non-refundable expenses incurred during the fulfillment process. Once the shipment is returned to us, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please notify us immediately if you plan to refuse a shipment to avoid delays in processing your refund.
Battery Returns:
Due to strict shipping regulations on lithium-ion batteries, battery purchases are non-returnable. These high-capacity batteries cannot be shipped back under current transportation restrictions.
