At Perraro Electric Bike, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. Should you need to return a product, please review our policy below.
Returns of New and Unused Items – Within 14 Days of Receipt
You may return any new, unused item in original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding:
- Original shipping charges
- Credit card processing fees (2.9%)
- Assembly fees (if applicable)
For electric trikes, the odometer must show less than five miles. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Returns of Used Items
Used items may be returned within 14 days subject to these conditions:
- Maximum of 20 miles on odometer
- Must be in original, undamaged condition
- 40% restocking fee applies
- Customer pays return shipping
Items not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to reduced refunds.
Fully Assembled Items
For items purchased with full assembly service:
- Assembly fee is non-refundable
- Will be deducted from refund amount
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Submit request via our Return Portal
- Wait for approval and instructions
- Ship item to designated facility
Upon receipt and inspection:
- Refunds processed within 72 hours
- Issued to original payment method
- Bank processing times vary
Note: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) returns.
Third-Party Purchases
Items purchased through retailers must be returned directly to the place of purchase. Perraro Electric Bike does not process returns for third-party purchases.
Refused Deliveries
Refused deliveries will be refunded minus:
- Original shipping cost
- 2.9% credit card fee
- Assembly fees (if applicable)
Please notify us in advance if refusing a shipment.
Battery Policy
Due to lithium-ion battery regulations:
- All battery sales are final
- Non-returnable and non-refundable
